This enchanting box is a creation of Mashkova from the village of Fedokino. This beautiful box is painted on a theme of the insects hovering on the flowers. Here we can see two very detailed painted butterflies.
The painting is bordered with a beautiful floral ornamentation. The interior of a box is traditionaly red.
The box is constructed from paper-mache. A hinge is fastened to the top of the scene, and the box rests on a flat bottom. The work is signed with the artist's name, Fedoskino, and the year of 2009.
