The well-known Fedoskino artist, Evgeniy Dokuchaev, has been painted of this wonderful composition. In his works Dokuchaev tries to paint correctly and realistically individual features of his characters, and also to express their psychology and mood. Here he has painted the little girl walking with her dog in the park.
Dokuchaev has finished Fedoskino Art School and he is a specialist in a portrait genre.
The scene is framed with a gold line; two parallel gold lines can be also found wrapping around the box's sides.
The box is constructed from paper-mache. Black lacquer is used to paint the exterior of the box while red lacquer completes the interior of the work. A hinge is fastened to the top of the scene, and the box rests on the four legs. The work is signed with the artist's name.
