This marvelous box has been painted by a well-known talented artist Yuliya Danilina from the village of Fedoskino.
The original oil-on-canvas was painted by a famous Russian Artist Konstantin Makovsky and showed his wife Yulia Makovsky.
Danilina paints her works in the original style and likes to depict woman's portraits. This box shows a romantic lady dressed in the elegant clothing that reflects the fashion of the nineteenth century, sit on an old arm-chair.
