Description: This box shows a scene from Pushkin's most famous novel "Yevgeny Onegin". Here we can see Tatyana who is going to send her letter to Yevgeny Onegin. She walks slowly through the winter park, and rereads the letter again and again.
This piece is painted by Vladimir Moshkovich, one of Mstera's established artists. The scene is beautiful, complete in all respects. The palette is dominated by blue tones of tempera paints because the action takes place in winter.
The scene is outlined with gold. The edges of the lid and the box's sides are adorned with intricate gold patterns accented with aluminum.
The box is constructed out of paper-mache. Black lacquer covers the exterior and red lacquer covers the interior of the box. The lid isn't hinged, and the box rests on a flat bottom. The work is signed with Mstera, the title, and the artist's name.
