Talented Fedoskino artist Uliana Glazkova has painted this beautiful box. The work is called "Ready for a Date", and shows a beautiful young red-hair girl sit at the window of a country house. Her smile is charming and two also red-hair cats are purring at her hand and her shoulder. The girl has a flower in her hair and a freckled face.
The sides of the box's are covered with intricate ornament.
The box is made out of paper-mache. The lid is hinged from the top of the scene, and the box rests on a flat bottom. The work is signed with the artist's name, the title, the year of 2011 and the village of Fedoskino at the exteriors bottom.
