This beautiful box that shows the nude lying among pink roses is a stunning creation of Ivanov. The fragile flowers help to accentuate charm and youth of the depicted woman. The wispy veil that covers her porcelain skin is painted so skillfully that it is seems to be transparent. To gaze upon this scene is an absolutely luxurious experience.
The scene is framed with a gold line; two parallel gold lines decorate the box's sides.
The box is made out of paper-mache. Black lacquer covers the exterior and red lacquer covers the interior of the box. The box has a hinge above the scene, and rests on a flat bottom. Signed with the name of the artist, Fedoskino, and the year of 2007.
