This beautiful box was painted by Fedoskino artist Vladimir Rogatov.
The work features several old, might be the first aircrafts.
The scene is painted in mono-chromic style. Gold paint is used to headlight the aircrafts and framing the composition. On the sides of the box we also can find different aircrafts.
The box exterior is covered with a black lacquer. The box's interior is traditionally covered with red lacquer.
The box is constructed from paper-mache. It has a hinge at the top of the scene, and rests on a wavy platform. The box is signed with the artist's name, Fedoskino and dated.
