This beautiful five-sided casket was painted by a leading Fedoskino artist Dmitriy Rogatov and shows hunting scenes.
All of the scenes are painted in mono-chromic style. A silver paint is used to detail the characters' costumes and the details.
The box exterior is covered with a black lacquer. The box's interior is traditionally covered with red lacquer.
The box is constructed from paper-mache. It has a hinge at the top of the lid, and rests on four legs. Signed with the artist's name and a date.
