Well-known Fedoskino artist Svetlana Yevdokimova-Belovodova created this original box. The work is called Serdolik...a taste of Honey and shows us a portrait of beautiful lady. With this work the artist continued the series of Lady-stones.
The artist has used real serdolik stones as incrustations to make a 3D affect. The box's exterior is covered with brown oils mixed with aluminum powder; the interior is traditionally red and has aluminum painting as an additional decoration.
The box is made out of paper-mache. The lid is hinged from the top of the composition, and the box rests on wavy platform. Signed with the name of the artist, the title, the village of Fedoskino, and the year of 2014 on the box base's exterior in white paints.
