This original composition was painted by a talented Fedoskino artist Boris Shavirin. The composition shows a scene from the old times, when the world was governed by the Tsars and Queens, so here we can see a tsar on a throne with with a stomach full of food after the feast.
Several pieces of mother-of pearl are shining through a dress of the tsar of white and green color.
The box's sides are imitated the color of dark brown marble. The interior is covered with red lacquer, exterior is painted black.
The box is constructed from paper-mache. A hinge is fastened to the left of the scene, and the box rests on a flat bottom. The work is signed with the artist's name, Fedoskino and the year of 2015.
