Description:

This arrangement of fine brush mastery was created by established Mstera artist Denis Molodkin. The professional orchestration of characters and the locations they interact within is as precise as a symphony's music. The professionalism of the artist is exuded throughout this composition. It is a unique view of something wonderful.
The work is called "Constellation of a Wild Cat". It shows a charming winter scene painted on the unusual theme. Two men sit on the roof of their house, drink tea and look at the night sky admiring the constellation of a wild cat. From the left of the cat dozens of fish fly in the sky. In the left bottom corner there is another strange scene: the man with the rifle behind his back pulls the rope to the opposite end of which the fantastic animal is attached. Its body has the heads of different animals, one of a deer, and another one of a tiger. Stars, cold moon, white snow, swirling fragile snowflakes, a merry snowman, fantastic animals and cozy lights in the windows, - everything is penetrated here with a feel of forthcoming Christmas and transports the viewer into the magic world of dreams and fairy-tales.
Denis' skill is apparent in this beautiful and detailed piece. He has chosen to reproduce the wintry atmosphere with the help of white and gray tones. Reality and fiction result in wonderful color combinations for the audience.
The scene is painted on the wooden plate that can be hung on the wall by means of two metal loops. The work is signed, titled and dated (2005) by the artist. It will be a perfect present for the forthcoming Christmas!
