This charming Christmas decoration is manually carved out of wood. It shows Santa Claus skiing in the forest and carrying the big sack filled with presents. There is a small hole in the sack from where presents fall on the ground. The lantern that Santa Claus holds in his hands is also carved out of wood and attached with the help of two metal rings. To paint this work the artist has used gold, crimson and turquoise tones. The costume of Santa Claus and his sack are decorated with gold patterns and gold spangles. Besides Santa's figure the artist also has painted here an angel and two birds sitting on the tree.
