On this interesting five-sided box we can see several views of major Russian cities, which are belongs to so called Golden Ring of Russia. The box is painted by a talented Kholui artist Tatiana Feodorova.
On the top-we can see a view of Moscow with St.Basils Cathedral and Kremlin around it.
On the sides we can see a views of the towns of Uglich, Suzdal, Plyos and Yaroslavl. Some of the towns are located on famous Russian Volga river.
The box is constructed from paper-mache. The exterior of the box is covered with black paint, while red lacquer completes its interior. A hinge is fastened to the top of the scene, and the box rests on two platforms. The work is signed with the artist's name, the title -the Golden Ring of Russia, and the village of Kholui on a side of the box.
