Inessa Kombarova was born in the town of Khimki of Moscow region.
Studied in Fedoskino Art School for Miniature Painting in 1976-1980.
Her favourite themes are lanscapes,ornamental compositions,insects and butterflies.
Participant of Exhibitions since 1980.
Member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
