Chibisov Roman Nikolaevich was born in the town of Elektrostal, located in the Moscow region on the 29th of September 1975.
He went in an art school in 1985.
In 1990 he passed the exams in a Palekh Art School.He spent 2 years in Russian Army ,and has finished Palekh Art School in 1997.
Roman has been practicing in Lacquer miniature and icon painting since that time in Palekh , where he is resides.
Participant of the reconstruction of a Church of the Ascension Day in the town of Electrostal.
His works owned the collectors from Russia, USA, France and Holland.
